Terms and Conditions
By entering into the Wedding Planning Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions throughout the duration of the engagement.

Payments & Charges
The Client will pay all temple, hotel, and administrative charges directly to the respective authorities or vendors.
Prices may change due to policies, seasonal rates, or authority decisions, and the Planner is not responsible for revisions or fluctuations.

Planner’s Scope of Work
The Planner will handle coordination with venues and vendors, décor setup and dismantling, scheduling of events, guest support, and adherence to venue policies.
However, the Planner does not guarantee outcomes or performance of third-party services, authorities, or vendors.

Rules, Conduct & Restrictions
Music, noise levels, alcohol usage, smoking, and event timings must comply with venue rules and local laws.
Charges for extended hours, loud music, or VIP services are payable by the Client, and any violation is the Client’s responsibility.







Permissions & Legal Compliance

Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure timely payments, cooperation with temple/hotel authorities, and respectful conduct by all guests.Any interference with setup, violation of rules, or misconduct by guests may result in penalties or restrictions imposed by the venue.

Damages, Loss & Liability
The Client will be responsible for any damage caused by guests to property at the temple, hotel, or venue.
The Planner is not liable for theft, loss, delays, cancellations, weather disruptions, policy changes, or any situation beyond their control.
